Rolii Singh

At BrilliantRead Media, we always strive to bring meaningful and powerful stories from India and around the world to empower and motivate our growing community. As part of this endeavour, we invited Rolii Singh for an exclusive interview with us. Rolii is a Clinical Psychologist, Soft Skills & Communication Trainer and Co-Founder at Mind Nirvana. Let’s learn more about her background, journey and her advice for our community!

Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Rolii:

Could you please talk us through your background and your journey?

Our sole intention behind MindNirvana was to give a space to people to come together and create a community. But soon we realise the taboo around “Seeking Help” is far bigger than the taboo around mental health.

We started creating awareness talks with guests, and also people who were there feeling the transformation in themselves. With my background in Psychology and mindfulness, I was able to create programs around human behaviour.

‘Mind Nirvana’ is such a unique name; talk us through more about it, please. Our audience would also love to know what kind of problem you are solving?

Yes unique indeed, so much of thought went into the name and logo. Wonderful time that was too.

So when we talk about solving problems, are we not waiting for the identification of a symptom? Decluttering your mind, creating space for understanding our behaviour and how its impacting lives, and relationships- Oh there are so many dimensions to it.

The idea of each program designed is to create a fulfilling and enriching experience not only in professional life but also in personal. So for example an entire workshop is designed around conflict resolution, now in personal relations no one talks or thinks about conflict resolutions.

With practice, we realised that the quality of your life is hugely dependent on the quality of your relations. And most importantly relationship with yourself.

Despite the challenges, what keeps you going when things get tough?

I always believe that your WHY should be clear and that takes care of your How. Studying human behaviour for all these years I have realized and observed one thing we as humans have all the answers, we just don’t realise the importance of being present to them.

Everyday realizing and visualizing how many lives can be transformed, can be touched and moved is what drives me each day.

What are the three most important lessons you have learned in your life?

1) Everytime when you feel that you are at the lowest phase in life or you are in the middle of a huge mess always focus on whatever is happening there is something incredible for you. And it truly does changes your perspective.

2) Never Give up on yourself. As you are the only one thinking in your head and No one but you can only create or destroy something.

3) Thoughts do become Things…..So be mindful of what you are thinking.

In your opinion what are the keys to success?

a) Learn from every hurdle and mistake

b) Collaboration than competition

c) Respond to overreaction

d) Believe in the person u look in the mirror each day.

Last but not least, what about your journey makes it satisfying/exciting?

For me, the most satisfying part of my journey is witnessing transformation—seeing individuals unlock their potential, overcome self-doubt, and achieve goals they once thought were impossible. Every time a client experiences a breakthrough, whether it’s gaining confidence, finding clarity, or taking bold action, it reinforces my purpose.

What excites me most is the continuous learning and growth that comes with this role. Every person I work with teaches me something new about human resilience, mindset shifts, and the power of perspective. It’s a privilege to be part of someone’s journey toward self-improvement, and that, to me, is the most fulfilling aspect of my work.

Helping others succeed while growing alongside them makes this journey both meaningful and exhilarating! 😊
